Many real estate agents act like it’s virtually impossible to sell your home FSBO. In fact, Rhonda used to do it herself as well before she became a REALTOR® & learned not only the stats regarding FSBOs, but also grasped the multitude of different things that can go WRONG if you don’t have a real estate professional by your side. • title company
You also have to keep in mind the exposure factor. 87% of home buyers purchase their home through an agent or broker. Most of these buyers are predominately using their local MLS to search for homes. By not using an agent, you are missing a huge pool of buyers. (Yes, we know Zillow- but even there- lots of FSBOs are very hard to find).
By listing with an agent, you are selecting an expert to guide you through the home selling process. Would you fix your car yourself or would you take it to an EXPERT to make sure it’s done right? The sale of your LARGEST asset should be no different.
When selecting an agent, choose one who:
• you are prepared to spend lots of time on the phone & in person with 
• one with the experience necessary to smoothly handle whatever complications could arise
• one who will present your home in the most professional & quality way possible to lead to you getting the most out of your sale
• one who you know has YOUR best interest at heart
